I am researching the Foleys of Plainview. Also any information about Mary Griffin Foley's family members who lived with her for periods of time. Her Father Thomas Griffin died there in Dec 1885. Mary had a sister Margaret and Ellen(Nellie) who lived with her and possibly went to school in Plainview. I have the basic info for Micheal and Mary for DOD and burial location but would like any other information that may be available. I have contacted some of the living relatives but they don't seem to interested in genealogy or don't remember anything. I am curious to if Mary and were married there in Plainview or if they married in WI before they went to live in Plainview. I am also interested in finding out if Mary Foley was named guardian for her brother John Griffin who was committed to Viroqua, WI Asylum for Chronically insane sometime between 1880 and 1900. He lived there until his death in 1940. Any information would be appreciated.
